This Shipping & Refund Policy explains how we process, deliver, and handle orders placed on drinkhub.ng. Please read this page carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Policy

a. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation of payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

b. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver nationwide across Nigeria, including major cities such as Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, and others.

c. Delivery Time

  • Lagos: 1–2 business days

  • Other major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistics issues.

d. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free delivery may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain amount.

e. Age Verification

Drink Hub operates under Nigeria’s alcohol regulations.
We deliver only to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Our riders may request valid identification upon delivery to confirm age before releasing the order.


2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number or update link via email or SMS.
You can use this to monitor your order status in real time until it reaches your doorstep.


3. Refund & Return Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

We aim to ensure every customer receives high-quality, authentic products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement.

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

b. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or returns on:

  • Opened bottles or partially consumed products

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

c. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via shop@drinkhub.ng with your order number and issue details.

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

d. Replacement Policy

In cases of defective or wrong items, we can offer a replacement at no extra cost once the original item is returned and verified.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
